Membership Guidelines & Exclusions:

  • Monthly Med Spa Credits are renewed each month and do not carry over if unused
  • Annual IV Therapies must be redeemed within the membership year and are not extended to children included under family plans.
  • Signature Members may apply credits toward one IV therapy per month.
  • Platinum Members may apply credits toward up to two IV therapies per month.
  • NAD+ services and select specialty treatments are excluded from the credit system.

All Monthly Memberships are for a three-month minimum commitment period and will automatically renew on a monthly basis until terminated or canceled

Unused med spa credits do not roll over. Memberships are non-transferable. Memberships may be frozen for 30 days once every 6 months. A 30-day cancellation notice is required for all memberships.
